How we protect patient informationAES-256 at rest and TLS 1.2 or higher in transit. Fields that hold patient information are encrypted a second time, individually, with keys stored separately and rotated.
Two-factor authentication, role-based permissions and an audit trail of who viewed what, and when.
Patient data is never used to train AI models.
